This new Facility is the main branch office for American Bank & Trust in Cookeville. It includes 13,464 square feet of new construction with teller area and loan offices on the first floor. The second floor houses staff offices and a community room served by a custom designed commercial kitchen. The interior of the building features articulate cherry wood detailing throughout that creates a consistently warm and receptive environment.
